SolarEasy return policy does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to return an item if you believe that there is a problem. You are generally responsible for returning the item if it can be posted or easily returned i.e dropped off. For items collected from our warehouse, it is generally the buyer's responsibility to return the item for a warranty claim (exceptions apply). Returns are accepted in line with our warranty conditions.

 

Return Policy

Products can only be returned within 14 days with receipt; If you are not satisfied with any product please contact us. Refunds are accepted, but only granted to customers upon inspection of the returned item. Any refund eligible product must be returned in the original packaging, shipping costs prepaid (or freight charges to ship the item back will be deducted from the refund), and the item must never have been used and be in resalable condition. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be charged. All refund eligible items returned to SolarEasy are examined to ensure that they are not damaged and are in resalable condition.

 SolarEasy reserves the right to reject refund claims if the items are damaged or not in resalable condition. Customers are required to pay the freight for returned items, please make sure to include the original packaging, invoices, warranty cards filled out and signed (if applicable) and any other accessories shipped with your product. SolarEasy is not required to refund items after 14 days, however in extraordinary circumstances may permit products to be returned. Products approved for refund after 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will only be awarded credit towards a future purchase.

 

Returns & Shipping

SolarEasy expressly does not refund shipping charges on any product. In most cases customers are responsible for paying returned merchandise shipping fees and insurance.

 

Initiating a Return

Should you wish to return a faulty item, please email support@SolarEasy.com.au with your order number. Photos and/or videos of the item may also be requested to assist in the return process. All other relevant information will be sent to you at this time. Prior to returning any item, our Customer Service Department must first issue you a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.

When a return is authorized, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered.

If the item is required to be returned, the outcome of the inspection should take no longer than 6 business days from the date the item is received by our service department (times may vary).

While many spare parts are stocked in Australia, we may need to order certain parts from the supplier on your behalf. Whilst most ordered parts arrive within 15 days, a small number of difficult to order parts may require up to 8 weeks to arrive.

 

Limited Liability

Under no circumstances will SolarEasy or any of its partner companies be held liable for consequential, special, incidental and/ or indirect damages inclusive or any instance of loss of profits, loss of data and/ or loss of usability.
